The staff went above and beyond, helping us with everything and even letting us keep the bike for our whole stay. They were super knowledgeable about boat times and let us take the bike on the longboat. The food was excellent and there were great options nearby. The manager was very helpful with transport. The breakfast was really nice and the beds were comfortable. The daily room cleaning was a nice touch. The location was perfect, close to the pier and a great starting point for exploring the island on a rented motorbike. The beach was just steps away and dining by the water was amazing. Plus, the tour offers outside were top-notch.

The fantastic view from the pool was breathtaking, it overlooks the ocean and it was simply amazing. , the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They quickly respond to any requests and were always ready to help. Another great feature of the place was its proximity to the village. It was very easy to find the hotel from the pier and it made it much easier for us to explore the island.

The rooms were not as clean as we had expected. They needed some updates such as better ventilation, we smelled some sort of odor in the bathroom and the tiles were moldy.

Had a great weekend getaway at a resort by the beach! Loved how we got to enjoy the stunning views of the turquoise waters right from our bungalow rooms. The infinity pool was also a big plus - we spent most of our time lounging by the poolside enjoying the sea breeze. Another thing we liked was the fresh seafood! It was delicious, and we were happy to find out that it was sourced from the local fishermen.

The downside was the cleanliness of the beach. There was a considerable amount of litter strewn all over the sand, making it unpleasant for beachgoers. We also noticed some noise disturbances during our stay, particularly from nearby motorbikes and a boat of rowdy tourists. Nonetheless, the resort's secluded location was far away from the tourist traps, providing some respite from the hustle and bustle of city life.

I recently stayed at Koh Yao Heaven Beach Resort for a week-long vacation. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. its location on the south of the island provided breathtaking sunsets on the west-facing beach. The pool was clean and suitable for all ages. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a unique touch like a glass window between the bathroom and bedroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants like "EMM" which served superb food. Renting mopeds allowed us to explore the unspoilt beauty of the island.

We, as young people, loved the large bungalow rooms right on the beach, with a beautiful infinity pool right in front. The secluded location was perfect to escape the tourist traps of Phuket. The food was incredible, especially the fresh seafood caught daily by local fishermen. The helpful matriarch and friendly staff made our stay even better.
